Our Trapping Process
We start with a thorough inspection to identify the raccoon's entry points, travel routes, and the scope of the problem. Traps are placed strategically — not randomly — based on the raccoon's observed behavior patterns. We check traps daily and relocate captured raccoons in accordance with North Carolina wildlife regulations.
After removal, we seal all entry points with heavy-gauge materials. Standard hardware cloth isn't sufficient for raccoons — their strength requires reinforced exclusion materials. We also clean and sanitize affected areas to remove raccoon roundworm eggs and other health hazards.
